Speaking Sky is the private Vedic astrology practice of Chandresh Sharma, operating from Delhi, India, through this website. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means that practice. When it says “you”, it means anyone who visits this site, writes to us, or books a consultation.
This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It applies to every page on this website and to the consultations that follow from it.

We will never publish your chart, quote your question, or use your reading as a teaching example or testimonial without your explicit, written permission — and any consent you give can be withdrawn later.
Consultation fees are collected through , a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway regulated in India. When you pay, you are handed to Razorpay’s secure checkout; your card, netbanking, or UPI credentials are entered there and are never transmitted to or stored on this website.
Once a payment succeeds, Razorpay sends us a signed confirmation containing the order and payment reference and the amount paid. We verify that signature on our server before treating a booking as confirmed. Razorpay’s own handling of your data is governed by their privacy policy.

Consultation records — including birth details — are kept for as long as you remain a client, since returning clients often ask us to revisit the same chart. Payment and invoice records are retained for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires.
Contact-form enquiries that do not lead to a booking are cleared once the conversation has run its course. You may ask us to delete your records sooner, and we will do so wherever no legal obligation requires us to keep them.
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS, payment responses are cryptographically verified before a booking is accepted, and access to consultation records is limited to the astrologer.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we collect little, guard what we hold, and will tell you promptly if anything affecting your data ever goes wrong.
